Postponement Strategies – November 13th

APICS Rock Valley is finishing the year with one of its best PDM's ever. You won't want to miss this! Our November PDM will be at Cliffbreakers on November 13th at 6pm. “Postponement Strategies” will be presented by Bob Collins, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, and Director of Corporate Services at APICS. This presentation will discuss new tools and techniques to establish true demand inventory targets at multiple stocking points in the network and redesigning the Production and Inventory Management organization to reduce time and inventory in the Supply Chain while maintaining, or increasing, customer service.
